GROUP TRAINING

We are bringing our members Outdoor Group Training here at the RRC.  This is a 'boot camp' style training group that will incorporate functional exercises, aerobic and cardiovascular work, cover all major muscle groups and blitz the body each session in that fun and motivational group environment.
Each group training session is sutable for all levels of fitness as our trainers cater to beginners, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness throughout each session.
Our Group Training sessions will be scheduled at various times from mornings to lunch time slots and evenings, to cater for the masses.  Sign up (with or without a buddy) to keep your body moving throughout the winter months and starting thinking towards summer.
All welcome, special RRC members rates available.
GROUP TRAINING SESSION TIMES:
Monday & Friday's at 6.30am
$5 for members & $10 for non-memberS
* we are adding days to meet our members requirements, so let us know a day that and time that suits you and three friends.
